2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal bodies are not eligible to register Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement — whether entered into through Koko88 or another gambling operator — that remains in effect at the time of registration.
5. You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of Koko88, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, multiple identities, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Koko88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any winings derived from their operation.

4.3 KYC Documents

Players will be required to submit the following documentation to complete KYC verification:

5.2 Technical Access

5.3 Player Conduct

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to Player Accounts within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Koko88 does not impose processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. 6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each offer.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Koko88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be distinguished from Cash Funds in the Player's Account. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balances.
• Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only, unless the specific promotion terms state that both bonus and deposit amounts must be wagered.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or unplayed for a period exceding 30 days from the date of crediting will expire and be forfeited without compensation.

7.2 Birthday Bonus

The Birthday Bonus is awarded based on a Player's verified membership tier at the time of the bonus month. Tier-matched amounts are: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP Elite (MYR 2,688). The Birthday Bonus must be claimed within the Player's birthday month and is subject to standard wagering requirements.

7.3 Referal Bonus

Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are awarded when a referred Player registers a new Account and completes a qualifying first deposit of at least MYR 50. Self-referals or referrals between Players sharing a device, household, or payment method are prohibited and will be voided.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Koko88 Platform — including sports betting (football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered events), live casino, slots, and other gaming products — are subject to the following general betting rules. • All bets are accepted at Koko88's sole discretion. Koko88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and transaction reference is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Bets placed on events affected by Force Majeure, technical failures, or data provider errors may be voided at Koko88's discretion. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body shall prevail. Koko88's trading team decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Koko88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another individual; creating accounts in another person's name without authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions jointly, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Placing wagers on events in which the Player has any involvement in, or knowledge of, any attempt to manipulate the outcome.
• Automated Betting Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated accounts, pattern betting designed solely to harvest bonus value, or any systematic approach to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software. Any winings derived from such errors will be voided.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, interfere with its security mechanisms, or conduct any form of penetration testing without prior written authorisation from Koko88.

Suspension & Termination

Koko88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if Koko88 reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if continued operation of the Account would expose Koko88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of termination for cause, Koko88 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any remaining bonus balances, and withold cash balances pending investigation. If investigation confirms the Player's cash balance is legitimate and uninvolved in any prohibited activity, Koko88 will endeavour to return such balances to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Koko88 support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Outstanding withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koko88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures;

Koko88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in any calendar year shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in that same calendar year, exclusive of any bonus amounts received.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Koko88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Koko88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
